Camino is a new company built by people who've spent their careers on asphalt crews. We're hiring foremen, operators, and laborers for our first crews in spring 2027, and we're looking for people who want to help set the standard, not just show up to one.
Safety is the bedrock on which everything else at Camino is built. No production goal, schedule, customer request, or financial target is more important than protecting our people and the public.
Every crew member has stop-work authority. Every day starts with a pre-task plan. If a job can't be done safely, it doesn't get done that day, and nobody gets a hard time for saying so.
Four-person crews. Patching, crack seal, sealcoat, and fog seal across the Albuquerque metro, with occasional travel statewide. Modern equipment. Written procedures for the things that get people hurt, hot material, backing, traffic, silica, and training before you're asked to do any of it. A foreman who plans the day the night before.
