Most pavement problems aren't really pavement problems. They're proposals that take three weeks, calls that don't get returned, crews that show up on a different day than promised, and change orders that appear at the end of the job. You end up doing the contractor's coordination for them.
Camino was built to take that work off your desk. These are the commitments we make on every job, and you should hold us to them.
Every site walk ends with a proposal date. For standard patching, crack seal, and sealcoat work, that's three business days. Larger or multi-trade projects with partners and specialty materials take longer, and we tell you exactly how long at the walk. You never wait without knowing when.
If you call or email during business hours, you hear back from a person that day.
Once you award the work, and before a truck shows up, you get the plan in writing: schedule, scope, traffic plan, and what your tenants or staff need to know.
Photos and a short progress note every working day, so you know what happened without driving over.
Changes are priced and approved by you before we proceed, unless there's an immediate safety issue. Then we fix it and call you.
This goes to Tim, the owner, and nobody else. He reads it and he calls you back.
Tell us what you're looking at. You'll have a call back today, a site walk this week, and a proposal on a date we commit to at the walk.
